We need a revolution and transformation. TW and his minions are doing zero for the American workforce of “Allstate”. You will be sh-t on even more without representation. Y’all must like the smell of it. All that hair huffing and bowing down. Bend over. You’re about to get it good.
Unions are cr-p especially in red states. You'll get the union the grocery workers have which don't protect you at all. Any of you that think allstate is going let a union like the teamsters come in let alone any you all are dreaming they'd outsource alot quicker
We won’t be dealing with any devil once all our jobs are gone to foreign nationals. Teachers, Police, Nurses, Truck drivers and many other unionized workers have had their as--s saved by unions. If it weren’t for unions these folks would have no support at all. Without a Union they would have been crapped on more than they already are. Just like we are since we don’t have anyone at all in our corner. TW and crew don’t care about American jobs we are taking too much of their yacht money. Wake up sunshine.
Unions are cr-p anymore. Have long outlived their usefulness and I will tell any thug union leader that to their grimy faces. As tyrannical and worse than what we have now. Would rather deal with the devil I know than the devil I don't know.

Allstate not going bankrupt anytime soon. Maybe in 20 years all of you on this board are fear mongers and pessimists. Not saying it's not true I'm saying this company has a long way I mean long way to go until it collapses or get bought out
