Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Any other vendors out there? The list is growing!

They have : Accenture in the Philippines, Infosys, Ianet, Sykes, PCS, Pilot, and EXL Service in Cape Town doing the work of former onshore USA Allstaters. I think they dumped Genpact. Any other vendors out there?

How come this is not communicated to the employees? Can they offshore Wilson and crew please?

Concentrix will be a known vendor involved with Claims starting later in the year and especially in 2024. We have developed self learning and resources for Concentrix for their implementation into their employees' use and training. Concentrix will be expanding their involvement of Allstate from customer service to Claims and processing later in the grand picture.

CCC is using Concentrix and WNS for almost all phone and most of chat licensed and unlicensed roles. ASIC was moved to WNS which is mostly Philippines and Mexico. There is a South Africa vendor being contracted for something yet to be determined but it is strongly believed that vendor will be involved with Claims later this year.
