No Improvements realized. All fluff and no substance. Too much education with zero time on tools. Overpaid and useless to the bottom line. Fire them.

Some useless so called lead hired most incompetent contractors who can’t find any professional job in Calgary. Kearl Improvement team is corrupted.

About 5 useless people with at least 200k/year = 1M/year savings if we got rid of them. That’s excluding savings on pension and benefits.
They’re just a bunch of useless campus cheerleaders going from one diversity booth to another.
I like how they ask for ideas but when you submit them all they say is that it won't work.
