Mike's lost the dressing room( football analogy)

Mike is a bully. He alienates people as shown by him sacking leaders that don't agree with him. The workforce never see him. He has failed on every metric. His transformation plan is in the toilet. At what point do the board say enough is enough .. please tell me that is sooner rather than later.

On which business course did he learn that starving the goose would produce bigger golden eggs.

Which business course taught him that communication with employees is not important.

Which business course taught him that having employees share in the companies success is not important

Move aside and let someone with integrity and business acumen take the reins

With share price crashing 30% that gives him $300million saving on the 2nd share buyback. His first buyback didn't work, his made a big loss on it with the share price crashing.

He could give that to staff as a raise and still buy the same number of shares. Its likely the share price will keep falling to about $14 so he will have further money.

He probably sell it different that he can buyback 35% the company instead of 20%.

No one trusts him anymore, He needs to stop lying and treat people fairly. The market doesn't believe the stock is undervalued, so he can stop his bull.
