Imagine having to stay and having to pick up even more work because your team just shrunk for the umpteenth time. Honestly, if we lose one person I hope it's me. I can barely do all I have to do as it is. I can't add anything else to my plate without the whole thing collapsing.

I’m sorry this keeps happening to you! I’m newer to the org like just around a year. Your story makes me not wanna stay even tho I somehow survived the layoff.
Some of us are old and not very marketable.
BETTER OFF- What a d-mb generalized comment. I have enjoyed my job for many years. I need my job! I need the benefits. I would prefer to leave when i say so. After all I have made my company millions over the years. I'm worth every penny.
I am glad to see this response because you are not alone and I wasn't sure if our team was the only one feeling this way. Our team was impacted back in Q1 by 50% but the work keeps piling on and we're expected to keep up which is impossible unless you are working around the clock.
This is exactly what they are wanting…… to force people to rage quit/quiet firing-Leaving in order to avoid any eyes or news on forcing jobs offshore…
