Belk is now heavily focused on meaningless recognition, none of these things mean anything because associates and sales team managers are still underpaid and belk sales numbers are horrible. best of belk and golden stores what a joke.

So true. And the sad part is that so many belk associates will go to any length to get those credit apps. And their self worth is so wrapped up in it. I feel sorry for them. Belk fosters that kind of toxic environment by rewarding that kind of behavior. It's really disturbing. @2axc. You are so right. It is a joke that keeps on giving. And @2pkv. credit champion and associate-of-the-year?…just other ways of saying best of belk. credit numbers are all that matter. opened or declined, legit or not, process rewards for dead in cemetery across the street…they don’t give a flying F, just submit apps and collect your Chick-fil-A gift cards and big boxes of movie theater candies that you hoard in stockroom
Stop posting how great Belk is going how wonderful Golden stores are growing. How caring and compassionate Belk top leaders are treating its workers everyday. How meanining less and foolish these Belk loyal and blind RVPs or fake Belk stores executives and stores managers keep saying Belk needs talent associates and not whiners on this board. We are not laughing at you if you don’t post stupid many Golden stores amazing and successfil smoke and mirrors stories on this board ok? That is a joke keep on giving!
