Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

“It’s been a bumpy ride, but we have executed well”

Jedi mind trick, trying to make the masses believe the above statement OR blatantly out of touch and delusional? Just WOW 😯

It's called toxic positivity. They did this once with how much we love our customers and how great it is helping them with love.

Did they REALLY say that? OMG! So the dumpster fire we have been in here since 2020 is the result of "executed well"?

LMFAO!!!!!

I would hate to see what "executed poorly" looks like if THIS is "executed well".

The only thing being "executed" in this company are onshore jobs.

I think that employees not meeting those unattainable goals need to use that same quote for their PDS…
“It has been a bumpy ride but I am executing well.

I laughed at the utter arrogance as did my elderly aunt in New York (who once worked for a different insurance company) after first summarizing the underperformance in every measurable outcome. She stated what I thought: “had anyone else had the same work performance at year end, Allstate would have fired them.” So, why aren’t these buffoons for creating the problems through id--tic TG, offshoring employees, writing voluminous policies to risky drivers, increasing premiums so losing less risky insureds, etc., etc, etc. They’re running it to the ground and getting paid millions to do it.
