Do some looking at various organizations. Unable to access Dirk’s org at all and others under him are returning “we couldn’t find any results in people for XYZ’s organization” message.

Even though it’s back up, the direct report count is off. As an example, while looking at Witty’s org, Dirk shows 8 direct reports, when you expand Dirk’s org, it then shows 12 direct reports.
Just one example of many, many instances.
It's back up now. That was strange though
