After that disastrous Q1 earnings report… how long are we giving it before they announce the WFR?!

Bring it on, I'll gladly go if you pay me off. Otherwise I'll do my 40 hours a week and no more !
The cost reduction lists are being assembled , so it’s not too far off.
If you don’t have an updated resume by now, your an id--t and belong at dxc
We might be able to actually deliver something if the id--ts at the top stop insisting we need project managers for the smallest of tasks. They aren't even project managers, they are trainees who don't have a clue. Stop with all this busy urgent bullsh-t - either plan it properly or let the people who know have the access to just get on with it.
We already have projects we can't deliver and services that are barely being maintained due to lack of resources. All thanks to the continuing layoff of skilled and experienced staff who had years of IT and customer knowledge.
Each redundancy will be a further nail in DXC's coffin as customers realise that they are paying for a service on a 'best endeavours' basis.
They can't afford big wfr, $21million was spent last quarter.
Equates to approx 500 people so your going to need a lot of compensation money to wfr a large number.
Vacancies will not be filled as its the much cheaper option they actually save $10 million a quarter.
VR advisory nice try but no need to spread lies, especially such obvious ones there is no longer a UKI & EMEA region and no we haven't been asked for CVs
Overtime is how people make up for lack of pay rises. God help DXC if they ban that.
They refently asked for an up to date CV in the UKIIMEA region, likely to start scoring them as part of redundancy pools?
The Man U and Ferrari advertising was well spent then!
onshore guys you can apply for two jobs which you will be highly qualified. 1. Help drumpf in the campaign. 2. Attend his rallies and live in another world.
Rumours are starting that Overtime will not be paid and will change to time in lieu….
The CEO can’t survive a 30% share price fall in 24 hours ?
They were already asking for names and resource defense going into this. I suspect that any push back on those names from delivery will face a much harder push in the coming week or three.
If you believe WFR ever ended you are a fool. My apologies to fools. Onshore is a heavy target, and the GIDCs are given targets to do the same work with less nonstop.
I didn't think they had stopped?!
