Seeing the writing in the wall since coworkers are complaining about hours of travel. It’s not sustainable and I know they’ll leave. I don’t want to be the last one there, but I’m new to my career and every job wants experience and I’m scared to leave the company and get rejected from apps for low experience. When is even the right time to leave? I know I should, but struggle with timing

Despite its many shortsighted, dishonest, forktongued, autocratic leaders, USAA is not the worst place to look for a job from. It also su-ks to have to accept a lousy job because you just need to GTFO. So, if you have fears, start searching a bit.
Places do want experience, but changing jobs is also part luck, part timing, and part connecting with people. If you are worried about your experience, get some credentials to bolster your resume. USAA is actually still good for getting certifications.
Keep an eye out for jobs, research companies you'd like to work for, and put the effort into an application if something excites you or sounds like a great fit.
You'll get a better sense of the job market, skill gaps you have for the positions you want, and roles you might not have imagined. It's less stressful to kick your job search into a higher gear if you get it running at a low idle.
if you are new, dont walk, just as fast as you can from USAA
