Since Wilson and the rest are obviously not held to them I hearby going forward do not recognize them as a valid part if my job. I will not be penalized for not meeting them and I expect "Better Than Expected" not matter how lousy and inept a job I do. Mr Wilson is a great role model and I will pattern my performance just like him going forward.

If TW was one of us he would have been put on a performance UN and tossed out on his bony old ar-e years ago. Actually he probably wouldn't have made it out of Sears which is what he is turning Allstate into.
