And I remember a town hall where a VP showed us their travel pictures from India, visiting all the talent centers and talking about taking everyone to lunch and visiting all over the country and how they were headed to ANI and the other Allstate talent centers next. It was the Allstate World Tour. Oh...plus new luggage and all the cool stuff they bought in India.
But we need to to cut expenses and tighten our belts. Remember that when they do their annual ask for you to apply for the job you already have and you're fighting for a severance package.
Can you say tone deaf management? They certainly aren't leaders.
Maybe they should cut the high priced vendors and contractors we have like
I'd have all the workers start cleaning an hour before they go home to cut the custodial worker
And I'd eliminate the security and have the managers do security work
