I wonder if the problems here will finally start to get resolved, or if those at the top will allow them to continue to pile up....

When Sarah L was appointed there was a bit of unknown and a glimmer of hope, now we are seeing big cracks in the decision making system and that she is utterly under qualified for the job , the problems in medicare are huge but there was some progress, now they did a big reshuffling around STArs and everything is just crumbling non stop , they fingerpointed some sl------g to lead Star , a dude that everyone hates and doesn't know the inner mechanics to make good tactical decisions, this is ruderles and the CEo seems to have some ivory tower syndrome just talking about culture and inclusion , I want to think we are in the right track but we are going backwards.
That one claiming just leave, you know you didn't earned that job you have, you are one in those in a nonsense roles ra-ing the company, of course you want to defend the destruction happening because you are benefiting from it, many good people have left the company they work there whole life with this incompetent CEO and continue to lose with the stock just trending down, there is hope someone will push out this clown poet and her besties and rebuild the company back from the ashes.
Same id--ts grinding the same axe on these boards. If you aren’t happy just leave. You want to put all your problems on anyone but yourself. You have all the power you need to change your circumstances.
By all means…stay miserable. Keep blaming other people for your situation. Wouldn’t want you to take responsibility for anything. You’ve probably been doing that long enough that your manager wants you gone anyway.
Go ahead and downvote.
This is just the beginning, it will get worse with London there for another year, , it may ended up bought at rock bottom price at the pace it goes, she have pushed out some the few people that were moving the company forward and I can't see anything getting fixed, the place is a mess
With Sarah the poet in charge all that matters is culture. Those problems will have to wait until there is a new CEO that knows what to do
