The comparisons are amazing

Transformative Growth was fraudulent from the onset and employees knew it. Nobody ever bought in. Then it was constantly touted as making Allsnake the cheapest carrier. Whatever TG was meant to be, the company has a real identity problem as employees aren’t at all on board with this philosophy which came out now several years ago. The fact that it’s still around is an astounding example of indifferent, ineffective leadership by all.
Allstate may actually truly take the crown. Take Farmers, a very comparable dumpster fire of a company. Their Layoff board has nary a peep of discontent the past 2 years whereas Allstate is one of the most active insurance boards for complaining. Maybe TW needs to steal Farmers Kool-Aid recipe for the communal water cooler.
Omg AIP is being vendored out, what the heck I'm scared now does it mean I lose my job

You scrap Transformative Growth completely. Actually you take Transformative Growth out back, shoot it, bury it in lye, and put the whole initiative out of its misery. Transformative Growth is a 100% failure created and implemented by truly stupid, incompetent, and clueless executives that couldn't "business" their way out of a wet paper bag.
THAT is what you do with Transformative Growth.
What do you think can be done differently with TG?
AIP can easily be vendored out. And a lot of the time the bosses learn of fates the same time the grunts do.
Asked my boss he told me AIP is safe. Employers use us so that's not going down the tube
The comparisons between them Nd all conpanies that failed to adaot are the same.
The reason transformative growth has failed is because of antiquated thinking.
