Graham Stephan YouTube RTO

Did anyone watch the Graham Stephan “moving back to California” video? He has 4.4M Subscribers on YouTube and posted a video mainly about return to office and specifically mentioned T forcing employees to RTO and how it “could” be a way to drop headcount. Go check it out around the 7 minute 30 second mark. This video has well over 200k view in under 1 day. People are taking notice. He even referenced an article about T having 60k employees needing to RTO

Good video. Thought it was spot on. There's some to be said about coming in to the office. Like video says "when if makes sense". What RTO policy is though does not make sense. Need more office space and more flexibility - as usual company mandating a one size fits all policy like a wrecking ball

Why are you wasting time watching videos about moving to California when you need to start living your #AtlantaBound or #DallasBond designation?

I’ll watch it tomorrow on company time while I’m in the office.

He didn't mention getting people to actually RTO and work. Enough personal time.

All that information he gleaned from some news articles posted by other new orgs like Bloomberg and others. Not anything new.
