Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Intel is not a tech company

Intel is not a tech company it is a monopoly management company except the leaders are too stupid to identify the sources of their franchise and adapt accordingly. In political organizations they would not measure up. I learned a lot in Intel on what not to do like not sitting beside id--ts and there’s actually a lot of them outside the four walls of a controlled environment.

Bumped from @pyn+1nLI7TfS for being on point.

"3rd level VP asked every team under him to present to everyone what you're working on."

that might be for layoffs
who is useful or doing something useful -> keep
the rest are expendable

Upper managers are so bored and had nothing to do. 3rd level VP asked every team under him to present to everyone what you're working on. Done that in Q1 and Q2. I thought it's over. Fxxk, again. We have to do it again in Q3. One dry run for the direct manage to collect review and feedbacks.
2nd dry run with director to correct the working and possible Q&A. 3rd run with VP.
Totally wasting everyone's time for their entertainments.

INTEL should do it again to layoff managers.
