The employees do the work, do the processes, manage the running of the business, and know what customers and agents want. The mindless drones in Chicago thinking they know best to make decisions are so out of touch with this company that it is almost criminal. IQ's and business acumen, business sense, and business knowledge are far lower in the top few levels of the company than the many levels "below" them. They are out of their league and their "leadership" incompetence is what is ruining this company. Great work hacks!

They’ve been out of touch for years. Just look at their video game method of laying people off. They never use logic. Very inefficient senior leaders.
I have never seen such a disorganized and inefficient company as this. They take a simple concept and make it complicated. Poor systems, horrible information resources, absurd payment options and out of touch management. It’s no wonder this place is failing. When higher ups “retire” you know something is up.
