Haven't been to the office in 3 weeks. Going to go today for a few minutes to get my badge swipe.
I am only about 15 minutes from office - I feel bad for the rest of you who are further away. Fortunately, I do not have an on-site manager and my manager has been lax in giving me a hard time about not going in much.
If not in workday it will be o the list as not I the office. So f’n petty.
You should find the closest Bank office near the vacation spot and be sure to swipe your badge at the door 3 days that week.
I have a coworker that comes in only 1 day a week if that and only for 4 hours. The rest is at home.
If you don’t have 3 swipes a week then you show up on the report for review purposes. The vacation will come up in the review.
However, if you’re taking 2 days off in a work week and they’re your usual days in the office, doesn’t matter. Still have to come in 3 days that week.
Gotta plug your time off in workday.. problem solved.
How about 2 days off? I was told 3 swipes minimum. 2nd week in a row that it is not happening here in St. Louis.
