Media Seeking Recording - Verified

If you or anyone you know has an audio (or video) recording of the all employee town hall where JS commented on the “replacement” of older employees, please reach out anonymously to:

Re poster who posted
As far as I can tell, they never made the 1st quarter employee meeting available for replay. My guess is the 2nd quarter will never see the light of day either.

You will notice that replays for the investor meetings are immediately available, but the employee meetings are not. This is by design.

NOT TRUE. The employee ones have been made available in the past. Regardless, employees who missed the live talk from our CEO would like to listen. Why isn’t it being shared? That is the issue/problem and obviously admission that they don’t want any others to hear. Should they want employees to hear from the CEO?

The fact no one is responding to employees asking on the Insider where the replay is says a lot.

Here's the thing. People keep saying that recordings are "out there" and that people have them. I tend to doubt it. But I hope I'm wrong.

I don't know anyone that recorded this, and I have a pretty big circle here. Maybe people will start recording these from now on.

I heard the comments live, but I don't even usually attend these things.

You will never get to court! They ignore you and your attorneys like they don't exists. They will not respond, and force you to spend so much money to even get one of their in house attorneys to return a call, it's a waste of time! They have done this to so many people over the years, it's tragic! The lives Stanky and Co. have ruined are heartbreaking! Anyone who works for them better have a back up plan as they are coming for you next! No-one is safe! Class action is probably the only way to stop them.

There are plenty of ways to send data anonymously. Not that old people know anything about technology. Right JS.
T is getting rid of you anyway and with 6 months pay severance or a 40k cross country move I would bet you would make out very well in releasing the audio.

No one needs to provide a recording of the webcast. When this goes to court, the plaintiffs will be asked to raise their right hand and be asked "Do you solemnly swear (or affirm) that the testimony you are about to give at this hearing (or, if a deposition, the testimony you are about to give at this time) shall be the truth, and nothing but the truth, under penalty of perjury?”.

Unless the defendant's legal team (AT&T) can discredit the accuser(s), the affirmation of fact is as good as any evidence that can be.

There are thousands, no tens of thousand of us that witnessed John's comments on that webcast. AT&T legal cannot discredit so many that have John's comments seared into memory.

He literally gave every “older” person that’s laid off a chance in court. This guy just can’t be our CEO

Hitting the local and national media with proof of Stankey's statement will give the Stink some well-deserved heartburn and perhaps have government questioning his plan. The current WH regime in DC loves to stick their noses in everything to garner some votes

Interested people can also contact Michael Hitzik, with the LA Times. Do a google search of his name and AT&T and you'll see he frequently cuts through executive bs and doubletalk and exposes the mendacity and sleaze.

His email address is available through a google search.

Let's inform as many journalists as possible and really make Stink feel the hurt.

no one needs to send this to any law firm. The company would have to produce this and mountains of other possible evidence during any court proceedings. 50,000 people know it exists because they heard it live or during a replay. This would just be icing on the cake.

The real evidence about targeting older workers as part of the "demographic transformation" is the stuff you could only uncover during court proceedings. ATT is so inept and arrogant, you know they left a huge trail of breadcrumbs for any legal team to follow. I bet the actual dialog and actions by ATT leadership relating to its older workers is even worse than anyone on this blog thinks too.

There are audio recordings of the internal Q&A call. Multiple people have it and multiple people have heard one, as have I.

The question that was asked by K initially was answered by JM . ( His initial response was asking who asked the question). His response was then followed by JS ‘ adding’ to JM’s response. It was during this time that JS stated that AT&T was targeting a younger age, etc.

I will be surprised if anyone that has a copy of this audio recording will put themselves in jeopardy by releasing it, esp to media. We all understand that NOTHING is truly anonymous, including this board/website.

“ Involving the press would be a CONC violation.”

Discrimination action based on age is a federal offense.

Federal law trumps AT&T code of conduct

Thank you KPM from Star Ledger.
Can you create an article that it hasn’t been shared even though hard working employees want to hear it?
I think local news channels in or out of T’s “9-core cities” have earned the right to hear what their CEO had to say.

To the poster that posted:
Hey OP Recording it’s been available why don’t you send it to her?

You are confused. No one is asking for the earnings call recording. Employees are seeking the afternoon call where our CEO addressed employees. This has always been shared for employees who couldn’t listen live due to needs of the business.
It has NOT been made available to employees — unlike last quarter.
