The pod model is simply going back to the old ways of doing business. Get rid of the redundant overlay positions and do more with less. It’s simple math.

I dont think they are. Its not as easy as it should be, but they do want the field reps to be less involved in day to day minutia and more involved in the overall engagement. To do that the backend needs to work well.
