The pandemic is over. Get back to the office or get laid off. Simple as that. No more slackers.
There are literally thousands of people recently laid off in telecom that would love to have your job.

the buildings are closed as part of the HC reduction plan. Hybrid is transitional as the full time RTO plan is created (if it's not already). Do you honestly think they would continue to pay people 100k+ indefinitely as hybrid?
whatever the seating capacity is after closure that is the HC target for FT RTO. Simple as that. And yes, the pandemic is over.
No work gets done at HQ, everyone just stands around talking and has pretend meetings to bs more. Can't wait to get paid the same but do less work so my vp can see me for the 5 minutes he actually comes out of his office for
It's a little hard to return to office when TMobile closes the office to save money. If you aren't working when 'working from home', then that's a you thing
Best results ever but you think people need to return to office. You're an effin Einstein. Make some friends outside of work if you need social interaction.
The pandemic was over in 2020. Companies just like tmo kept it going and now they want to pretend they are on the right side of history. MS is a fackwad!
I’ve been WFH and haven’t been doing anything useful. Do a couple of meetings and then do nothing for the rest of the day. All my WFH friends do the same. It’s fantastic.
Literally so embarrassed for OP. Imagine su-king this much boot.
Mike Sievert is a criminal!
I really don’t know what t mobile, atnt, and Verizon employees do. You don’t sign anyone new. Why you have retail stores I don’t know. Dying industry. Your management is top heavy as well. Be ready to be laid off.
Hope you “read” all those “studies” on your off time, old man.
Looking forward to blocking about 6 hours per day for "collaboration", aka BSing, aka fu----g around all for sake of scanning my badge and being in my beautiful cubicle while increasing my carbon footprint driving to work in terrible traffic.
If you want to keep your job, you do what the bosses ask. I've read all the WFH studies and the open workplace studies and I agree with them. Bottom line is TMO spent $200 million in office renovations and the become a lost expense when all are WFH.
If you don't like that, either wait to be fired or laid off or go find something else.
And yes, I'm old. And yes I'd like to WFH. But I also like my paycheck, my bonus, and my 401k.
OP sounds like a troll, a bootlicker, an old man who cannot accept change, or any combination thereof. Poor OP. I bet you had to walk to school 400 years ago... Up hill! Both ways! In the snow! With no shoes!
Lmfao trolls are gonna troll
They can’t have my job until I’m laid off. Simple as that.
Speaking only for the regional development, we ki-led it working remotely, as everyone in the company knows as we close in on 300 million 2.5 POPS.
RTO is nothing more than executives not being able to handle buildings that aren't full. Pencile neck geeks have fragile egos.
I think if more people are forced back to the office we would see how little work people really have. Wanting to keep WFH is good cover to keep a paycheck while not doing much for TMO.
Why are the disability rolls skyrocketing, why are people of all ages still dropping then?
Check mate, OP.
Your attitude typifies the mentality of TMO leaders up and down the org. Shove it.
