We're not "snoozing". We are very aware of the lengths large corporations will go to slap their EEs in the face while "Executive Leadership" gets richer.
Nice, only 5000. I would have thought much more with so many of us nothing to do in technology for days at a stretch.
so many people barely working. Imagine a "real" job where you are actually expected to work the full day. People leaving early, not showing up for meetings, many people are checked out already. "Quiet quitting".
Favoritism is running rampant and unchecked, I'm sure that dictates who ends up on the chopping block. Hopefully it will be me. :p
The KL email will only make it harder for folks trying to do some work over the next few weeks, as employee morale has hit a new low.

I don’t think ANY Aetna employees are snoozing right now. In fact, I believe many of us are afraid we are on the chopping block.
