Just wondering, but has anyone else here had a shrink or therapist join their team all hands meeting? We had one the other week and it was bizarre and just shows how out of touch they are because they can’t figure out why people are quitting and are stressed.

The team that used to come talk about mental wellness were great, but I thought they were also laid off recently? No?
Just curious, doesnt a manger or team leader, have to ‘lead’??
Have seen this multiple times. Typically someone with an organizational effectiveness background who helps teams strengthen resilience, improve communications, build a growth mindset, etc. Pretty common across corporate America, especially when teams are facing disruption to the business / ways of working and need to change /adapt due to external factors such as increased market competitiveness.
This is bizarre. Good thing they are an insurance company and can pay the number of visits it will take to fix this nutty company!
