DXC UKI unethical / illegsl behaviour on the BAE and MOD accounts

DXC dont collect BAE Greenlnk or MODnet laptops from leavers. A few ex dxc colleagues still have theirs. Yellowlk BAE secret network is not secure. Open firewall rules and stuff.

Copperlnk KSA network isnt patched and the engineers can't support it as the only SME died from overwork

BAE pay for a 24hr command center contract but for the first year it was just the ooh service desk lol

This company is quite happy to waste millions, and let the same slip in missed contracts, than ever invest a few $$/££ in something useful like laptops capable of doing the job or software licences for modern ways of working. Between ourselves and the clients, they've wrapped everything up in so much paperwork and reasons we can't that nothing new other that documents ever needs to be delivered again.

The answer to that is that doing this would mean the tight arsed Micky McShouty would have to pay out money to support the workers.
That will NEVER happen. In fact a snowball has more chance of surviving in an erupting volcano than Ratface ever paying out to help the company.

The reason nobody asks for them back is because you're not officially supposed to have one. They come out of the scrap pile, because nobody can agree who pays, and there's no official process for shipping or retrieval. We should be supplying our own equipment and installing a client approved build. Which as we produce it cannot be too much to ask, surely!

If you don't like the post then go elsewhere, consequently heard many UK WFR not being contacted by UK messy managers 6 months+ for not handing their Greenlink BAE Passes or BAE Laptops, not even DXC assets - a shoddy titanic company indeed.

Heavens know why BAE just ditch DXC and go with internal resources and paid hired contractors - individuals and sae $$ + hassle of shoddy service.

It's because most of the delivery managers on these accounts are just yes men, who can't say no. There's the odd decent Manger who will challenge the situation.

ITO Cloud are singled out by higher managers to constantly make savings which are unachievable on employees and other costs.

To do this they invent loads of unnecessary paperwork with layers of approvals to prevent employees doing work. The employees and managers are so busy chasing this paperwork leaving them unable
to do work. Employees are fed up and have given up.

The managers have no focus on actual deliverables or quality of service. This is why customers leave.
