Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

5 day RTO is coming January 1st

This is a rumor only I am working on confirmation but as of today I can't get a confirmation from SLT that this is not true. When translated "no comment" is a cryptic yes. I still can't understand why executives can't truthfully answer a simple question.

What do you guys think? Has anyone heard anything they can verify?

I’m sure Mike will tell us if there be full time RTO at the next AH meeting.

I wonder what's really at the root of why these die hard pro-RTO people complain so much about WFH. In my experience, there's a lot of dead weight in offices who are held to the same low bar as anyone else with very little accountability for achieving meaningful outcomes. People who intend to put in the work will do so I'm any environment. People who are work avoidant will find ways to do less whether they're in an office or not. It's that simple. Putting butts in seats guarantees very little. I appreciate in-office relationship building and collaboration, but I'm also very pro-WFH because I know what I'll give with even better work-life balance. Periodt.

Is there a particular reason every post that's NOT boomers crying about all the "work" they do in the office gets deleted? Not a good look.

SLT has hired mo--s to post comments on this site in their favor. All the comments about how we should go back to the office is them.

RTO is coming 1/1/24.

The pandemic is over. Get back to the office or get laid off. Simple as that. No more slackers.

I'm sorry but I think everybody needs to be back in the office. It's nearly impossible to work, collaborate and communicate with people WFH. I've had so many webex meetings declines from WFH for the purpose of work.

If leadership is reading this.....enough is enough back to the office now.

The company didn't choose your house. You did. The problem of coming to the office is yours!

omg stop with these "rumor" posts. If you're that close to the SLT first find out then post. If not, keep quiet and if/when the email gets sent to everyone then you'll know.
