Dirk is just another CEO trying to keep the share price high. And lets not forget Sir Andrew, who came from a socialized medicine system. He knows best that Medicare For All will not work. Dr. Michelle Graham and Dr. Margaret-Mary Wilson wouldn't last 1 week in a busy clinic. Yet, UHC displays them like the know everything. I'd like to hear from some of their former patients.

Did you see Dr. Michelle Graham, who they keep floating throughout the company? Anyone here been personally victimized? Long list of HR complaints, no action, documented retaliation. Any ACO in the Midwest penalized for inflating their RAF scores have her to thank - and every single UHC leader in the Midwest 100% knew what was going on and defended her to save themselves. Sickening. You all know who you are and should lose your clinical licenses - and those without one should never have been in that role to start with! They also kept pushing her agenda to make more money without any fear of accountability - or a licensing Board that could take action for breaking the law. Nothing Dr. Graham loved more than the ignorant ones who blindly followed suit.
If you’re from an ACO reading this - look at the turnover knowing people left this company because they couldn’t stomach lying to you, violating the law and trashing their careers and reputation. You may have grounds for legal action - especially if she attacked you in your roles, trying to get you fired, claiming you were inept or inexperienced to your own leaders to try and push her agenda to make more money and climb that ladder. Did she say you were difficult to work with? Refused to take direction on her recommendations that would make SO much money for your company? Sound familiar??
Honestly needs an in depth investigation by the FBI and CMS. Time to open the books and reveal exactly what UHC has covered up and gotten away with.
To the OP: you made my day. Best comment ever.
This is the best comment on the entire website!
Media coverage is needed!
The practice is that it is done so hopefully no one notices- people slowly find out about friends the have worked with for 20 years are let go or “retiring”
Lol, nice title. But no, he won’t share. I know someone who was very high up and said Corp communications, HR, and legal decided the best strategy was NOT saying who/how many were laid off. I’m not sure if they’re hoping to lead by fear, or hoping no one will notice.
