If a lawsuit were to happen against JS and the company for age discrimination, what would be our outcome?
- We get to stay and keep working without relocating to Dallas?
- We get a settlement but only after we left the company?
- Same as #2 but we are still with the company?
- The settlement could be significant? Or not any different than severance? Or not worth sticking around?
Im 50 years and part of the RTO forced to move to dallas. I have a job offer and now I’m wondering if I should go ahead and leave and never look back or stay to see how this plays out. It must be serious enough for Santone to suddenly depart
