Thread regarding USAA layoffs

Poor wittle Wayne has less than 50% approval on Glassdoor

You people are so mean to Wayne, he's doing his best :(

He only has 30 years of USAA experience, why are you expecting so much from him :(

It's not like his actions have consequences and have resulted in the company doing so poorly :(

He's doing everything right when he lays people off, cuts their benefits, and directs HR to lie to new hires about remote work :(

He deserved his 157% raise after losing the company billions :(

Employees should be rating him 5 stars on Glassdoor because he's made their life so much better :(

His approval is down to 46% lol. Finally found something he’s good at: tanking his approval!

He just spoke at our CLO meeting and he took zero accountability for the lack of employee satisfaction and made it sound like it’s our fault. He worries that we don’t have 37k employees engaged and focused on the mission. He is the worst. It was like media publicity tour stop, but it made me dislike him even more.

Still too high and overrated, his approval rate should go much lower

If a ship is taking on water beyond damage control, do you reward the Captain for poor management? Nope, the ship sinks and so should the Captain. Maybe not the Captain as we are too civilized in America with complex judicial processes and priorities. Just joking!!! There has to be accountability and Wayne needs to be walking the plank right now.

Not only poor peacock, but poor USAA.

I went to a dinner of ex-colleagues from non-USAA companies last night, and people brought up to me how poorly USAA is regarded by their employees (current and ex).

Word is spreading. This will not be an easy fix for USAA to restore their reputation!
