My team had a skip level meeting with our EMG this week to discuss morale and how to improve it. Well, it didn’t improve morale, she told us the chatter she’s been hearing, along with the 4 days RTO starting January for non member contact employees, Wayne is wanting a minimum 6 hours in office for it to count, and if you badge out before 4 hours, your manager will be notified. The bonus, if you do not meet your RTO requirements, the max you can get is 50%.

RE: "There’s also something floating around that some in Bank over 60 miles are now being told they’ll also need to RTO? Not sure how true that is yet."
There was recently an instance whereby an employee was told to either move to San Antonio (which would not be paid for) or find a new job. That said, if you live farther than 60.01 miles and your manager did not jump through the hoops to maintain your remote status long before now, I'd be questioning that person as to why. Once that status is approved, presumably the RTO conversation ends. Though I wouldn't feel any safer. The whimsical approach to layoffs may or may not have a remote component. I suppose we'll find out this month. Beware your SA jobs, my friends.
Wayne and his RTO Na-i’s can su-k by turtle head. I’m not doing it. Fire me, lay me off, frankly my dear, i don’t give a damn.
There’s also something floating around that some in Bank over 60 miles are now being told they’ll also need to RTO? Not sure how true that is yet.
You could try to badge out at 4.25 hours, but that may be cutting it close. Go to the gym for the last 30 mins.

EMG wants to discuss morale??? That's like kicking a sick puppy and smiling about it, while pretending to care.
And what makes anyone believe anything that is being said today?
They ripped away written promises of permanently remote, toss a bone today in a verbal meeting, and we are to believe?
I don't think so.
If someone borrowed $ from you, signed a paper, then told you, "su---r, I am not honoring the agreement and it is not valid in a court of law". Then, he turns around, smiles, and says, "let me borrow again", would you?
One more year, one more year, one more year…
So badge out at 4.5 hrs and you’re good
(Sarcasm) For once wayne is being reasonable! 50% of a cr-ppy bonus is not bad if you consider gas prices, wear n tear on a car, car payment and insane Usaa insurance policy!
