Some need to realize that Telecom was here long before Crown/Jay Brown. You have had too much of the Purple Kool-Aid, free pizza and safe spaces. Believe it or not there are a few of us left within Crown that have actual tower experience. We have spoken up to the leaders as to how we should do things only to be muted. When you have the "Schmidts" of the world fumbling around and trying take over the world of tower construction things end badly and it is evident with the latest news of layoffs. Yes, it is sad to see such a great TOWER company lose all respect within the industry but it has happened and yes there is an over abundance of opportunity outside the walls of the purple dungeon within the industry. It comes down to whether or not you have actual tower experience and will stay in the industry or move on. If you don't have the experience please move on and come back when you have put in at least 5 years of hands on labor. The college degrees and huge headphones don't count in Tower Construction Services. Severances are lined up and interviews outside of Crown start Monday. Good Luck to everyone

No one is coming to save us not even the Kool-Aid man...get in line or get out...the purple gavel has dropped.
If you spend enough time working in telecom, you will go through layoffs... death and taxes. Crown is not immune. Keep your resume updated, collect your severance and move on until the axe drops again.
