Does Dell use statutory redundancy pay or is it uncapped?

@5axl+1nPkYKM4 Assume you are UK based.
Do you know if more cuts are expected?
If you have been cut recently I wish you the best.

In the UK, whatever formula is used to calculate the severance pay - it will be capped at the equivalent of 12 months pay. Even if you have been here for 30 years or more!

In the U.S. this past round (Feb) it was 2 months + 1 week for every full year of service.

If you are a Dell Employee you can go to Inside Dell and navigate to HR and find the What to do when you exit Dell. There is a link buried in one of the pages there that navigates to a PDF file with the Severance packages by country. And no I am not going to look any country up you can find it yourself. I will say that USA says 2 months plus 1 week for every year. This is dated 2020.
