50%?! That is so sad. Is there any communication that will go around? The morale is so low and there is so much uncertainty.
I work on the Optum side and used to work on UHC side. I was told by an UHC co-worker It was the biggest lay off the organization ever had. 50% of M&R CEO's gone as well. I am so sorry for anyone who was laid off. My heart goes out to each and everyone of you.
For the person that said 15 people were let go, is that in one location or the whole group? I was cut as well. Some seem to indicate the cuts will continue until 8/2. Would be nice to know the total Rif so that I can take solace on it not being personal.
My severance package indicates 15 people in our area. Bands 27-29 I believe.
How many people were laid off in M&R?
