Just saw this. Amazing how LE speaks as he did recently about what Cerner will doing always to improve things. One article stated what he promised last year was never done - almost as if he makes it up as goes. Cerner is in trouble they need to focus on taking action not just lip service. People have died and he’s too selfish to spend money on his outdated produce.
Everything is supposed to be all Cerner and Cloud but are failing.
What’s next? Lights off?
He can’t see reality and needs to pay attention. There are people care especially the veterans loved ones that have died. Giving money to republicans is not going make issues go away without correcting - when more people die then it’s going to be too late.

You don’t have to be Nostradamus to see Oracle is in decline. Baby boomers are running the country into the ground! Time to shake up the executives and middle management.

they are going to regret allowing mid mgmt very little accountability. When you don't management your mgt corruption spreads like a CA wild fire -- does alot of damage, much is lost. They have no idea how harmful MM has been for Oracle. They need to clean house and reorg. Oracle need to send the cheaters to jail and sue them for damages.

RE: Did you go off your meds again?
No meds. I'm Ayurvedic. Young brown and tired of too much trash.
Karma has a good surprise for you. Good for those that you harmed.

There are some good mid mgt leaders at Oracle and it's a shame that the corrupt give the whole a bad name ... one bad apple does not spoil the whole bunch (George Jackson written with Jackson 5 in mind but, somehow The Osmonds (giving credit to George Jackson) with Merril Osmonds voice that, most remember,

However, when one bad apple promotes other bad apples then, at some point, there is decline....unless the corrupt is extinquished, Oracle's downward spiral will continue and buybacks to keep stock price up will reach a point of decline, as well.

Oracle can still be revived but, it is going to take a drastic mgt reorg to do so.

  • Mid mgmt is the decline of Oracle. They are in for a big surprise. Unfortunately a few decades too late - a lot of people have treated badly - but finally there will be justice.

Oracle is in decline...
Mark my words.

And you realized this when, exactly?

Oracle has been in decline for decades. What is truly astonishing is that buybacks and honestly I don't know what else make the stock price go higher. I guess enough funds are invested they don't want to spark a price drop.

It is not Baby Boomers who are doing this. Plenty of other companies run by Baby Boomers are doing fine and know how to treat their employees. Oracle's problem is executive management who doesn't have a clue of how the rest of us live. Oracle needs to get rid of SC and turn this company around. This kind of bad employee treatment cannot last forever. Sooner or later this is going to come back to bite them.
