Usually there is some truth in rumors, but I haven't heard any rumors about layoffs in a long time.

No
Of course … This is Xerox .Layoffs have been on going since the mid eighties.
The three rumors that I heard are probably yes , maybe no, and certainly maybe.
No, just the prevailing spectre of them
Yeah, it’s called an unlimited vacation since they already got laid off their new job too. It’s easy to make stuff up on the internet.
“Unlimited vacation “ lol !
I’m sure you increased your salary and get bonuses but the B.S. about your vacations and health care!
Company has layoffs every year regardless of performance…Seems to be the one thing they point to as “management has cost under control.”
Get a new job and leave that horrible company. I got a 50% raise in pay once I left last year. I just received an 8% raise and a 12% bonus based on my current salary. Unlimited vacation, MUCH better healthcare that I do not have to pay out of my paycheck each pay period among many other perks. There are good companies out there but you have to stop sympathizing with your captors (Stockholm syndrome) and leave!
There's always cuts - I say September.
No layoffs, we have too much attrition. People are leaving, retiring, and dying. In fact you can get a bonus for not leaving, not retiring, but maybe not dying. Our pay is so low they want to keep employees. New ones are hard and more expensive to get.
Only expect small cuts here and there combined with people walking away. If revenue takes a downward turn you can count on large layoffs again
My field team just hired two TSRs a couple weeks ago. One more opening.
None. We are back in full hiring mode after 3 stable quarters.
No but we are having a bbq party in Webster after the town hall meeting and our CEO is joining us.
