This won't happen. If we're being honest we already know how little "work" is done in most of the office, in between having potlucks, socializing, going out for smoke breaks and did I mention socializing? You need WFH people to keep doing the heavy lifting for you all.
I'm ready for full time RTO. I'm sick and tired of being around my kids and my lazy husband 4 days a week.
any free food ?
How about those hired as "remote'? I hope rule applies to eveyone to be fair!!
AT&T was doing hub offices quite a while ago. A friend of mine had to relocate to a hub or lose their job. They left.
It’s about time. Can’t believe they let all these people milk the work from home stuff. Talked to a buddy at att and the are taking it a step further and making work from home people report to a hub office. Believe there is 8 nation wide. Quite a few folks going to have to relocate. He’s one of them.
Um, no, it won't. There are legitimate reasons to work from home (like I'm working overnight to update software in a maintenance window). It won't be 100% compliance.
But, I do agree, if you don't like the rules, leave.
If the company is asking for you to go back to work then head back to the office. If you don’t want to then leave the company.
interesting. what be the source?
So back to the way things were before covid. Ok and?
