How many weeks of pay do you get with the severance package?

2 weeks for every year of employment you have completed. Up to 6 years that is.
12 weeks max for all, no matter time served.

I think still a max of 13 weeks depending on length of service. No matter what they tell you, file for unemployment as soon as you get RIF'd
