Those that are put on a PIP this mid year will be offered a 5 month severance, if you're one of the few on the chopping block, count your Blessings!
Best of luck to everybody. Remember, if you are one of the sacrificial lambs, do not take it personally, the best of the best have been let go over the years. Take it as a time to reflect on what you do next and be grateful they made the decision for you. It is not so easy to leave a job, but this place is worth leaving for greener pastures.
