I want to express my sympathies today to our comrades in GEM but Bolton channel beware. Aug 17th will be the Bolton announcements for off payroll Aug 31st. The individual layoffs will be 100% performance based with less than 60% QTD to be cut. You might look at your teams results and say “that’s my whole team, there is no way that will happen”, but you would be wrong. Targets are 46% for Fiber and 38% for Mobility to be cut.

I doubt Bolton team is impacted. Why would only Boltons team get cut and not the East team too? He’s only half of fiber org.

Bolton is not the problem- he might be the only AT&T officer that could actually sell something.
