She’s also on her Lumen page… two places at once. Impressive.

Be sure to download her headshot.
And she has help too - https://news.lumen.com/india-sylvester.
The latter has a 6k headshot. Ana’s is only 1k.
HR is such nonsense these days with HR leaders like these.
Ana is still on the company website.

that is not a departure I give any concern to. Good riddance.
Thanks for all the wokeness and woke hiring practices, I'm doing double work now since some of the hires made were clearly because of their classes "under representation" because there HAD to have been better qualified candidates.
And the next ELT contestant to jump ship? I'd be curious on to hear on this thread.
The employee moral is low. F5 employees are doing 2x work in some cases.
Lot's of changes coming soon.... It's too bad because the company was doing well, but the acquisitions, layoffs and SaaS strategy is now catching up.
This reality show is going to end soon with many departures.
I wonder if it was sort of a forced exit.
what makes me laugh is it says she was responsible for transforming F5 from HW ro SW....F5 hasn't got a clue about SW at all! It has its EVP's checking SFDC to see if any deals have closed....ridiculous atmosphere....get out peeps....get out whilst you can...
Any recent F5'ers that have left should start their own company....would be awesome....oh and dent forget me.. :-)
I am sure more Zoom "diverse rainbow" backgrounds would be the "ridiculously easy" way to deal with problems! Wait, isn't the "AI, Data & Telemetry strategy" supposed to automagically make the company "great again"?
Oh snap... https://www.thelayoff.com/t/1nIsfx7U
Could be the first rat who's jumping ship. 6 months timer starts today.
And the move says a lot. Lumen is already in a death spiral. It’s nearly in penny stock territory. And the CEO is also a MSFT alum.
Why would such a highly regarded CPO leave FFIV before it completes its turnaround - which it’s not close to - to join a company close to being sold off for parts?
She sees the feedback from the last survey. The comments on Glassdoor. Maybe even here. She knows with the upcoming RTO, the reduction in compensation and benefits, the layoffs - her name is going to be “mud” at FFiV in a matter of weeks. So she’s running away. Other companies are aware of the “human first” nonsense she is responsible for and won’t touch her. So her MSFT friend at a dying company is the only option she could find quickly that’s willing to overcompensate her.
So many companies destroyed by HR. When will CEOs learn business is about promoting and prioritizing business, not ideologies. Doing the latter feels great until layoffs become a quarterly activity.
She’s the first. The entire executive suite will be gone in 6 months. The “strategy” has failed, “human first” only distracted everyone from the business of running a business, and layoffs are the name of the game now.
