Maybe attacking the real issues in Marketing. Ameesh and Amina were both atrocious hires, and have been cultural disasters.

Every digital executive should be fired. A total waste.

How about all of BBIA?? Useless department led by Chris Gifford who is a complete mo--n. Paul and Mani are clueless about risk. Just waiting for the OCC to shut down the bank especially if they knew half of what is going on

Tamla, Amala, Wayne, Bob, Jason, Paul, Mani, Neeraj, Gilbert…pretty much the whole EC except for the new guy. He has served in the military and probably hasn’t been here long enough to have Wayne corrupt him.

The guy butchering the Bank Digital area who thinks he owns everything but doesn't actually know how the business works. Total narcissist. Talks a lot, says nothing. Only hires "yes men". And he uses USAA's money to travel more than any exec I've ever seen! So much wasted money. For his entire leadership team... they all take stupid trips and waste budget, but then fire people. Oh, and he hires people with 0 bank experience and 0 leadership experience to act like leaders on his team. They're all incompetent.

Sree (as mentioned above) who is qualified at best to be an individual contributor or low level team manager. Amala is horrid and well under qualified to do her job and her selections to come "help" are reflective of how she is grasping at straws but that seems to be okay from Wayne as he sits there and does nothing to get qualified people. Forced attrition will cost USAA dearly because the top down is like an ostrich keeping their head in the sand.

Wayne
Wayne Peacock
The current CEO
The person who just got a 157% raise while the company had its first loss
The one running the company with no military experience

Did I miss anyone?

Sree. I have never seen an exec run such poorly managed meetings. His last meeting that he scheduled, he showed up late. Wanted to know what 'Wayne' said in his visit to Plano. What he was driving at was, "Did Wayne say anything about me"? The email invite to the meeting stated that he did not know that 'Wayne' was coming to Plano. Sree could be replaced with a Pet Rock for less money and accomplish the same.

BofA crew? The majority of these senior executives came from troubled Wells Fargo.

Let’s start with Mr Wayne’s world himself! Followed by Tamla! Then the executives they got from Wells Fargo who were fired from Wells Fargo! Those same executives who helped get WF a $4billion dollar fine for their compliance issues! Great job Wayne’s world! The Christmas gift I want to see this December, is an email with the subject line “CEO transition.”

Every exec hired in the last 5 years from the big bank and insurance competitors who were golden parachute’d out of those companies. Think about it. Why would USAA want to pick up people who our competitors literally paid to just go away?
