For the record i feel safe in OCTO / SATG they paid my immigration costs why would they let me then go when i just received my green card? Seems like i have several years to look busy and do the minimum still.

Lads with bad english often have more knowledges and dedication to work and less wage awaitings. Fluent english is not mandatory for tech positions, so you have to be better or get f%^&k out. That is a fair business competition.
