Sooooo, I was setting up some things in my profile and found that it was showing a 10% bonus for positions now and not 15%. So i checked it against random positions and found they all said 10%.

Regarding the bonus pool, a couple years ago the offer letter had 15%. Expected, not guaranteed, but still expected. Of course that was when retirement plus was in play and that disappeared a month after hire.
Guaranteed we won't even get 10%. Anyone's mid year check in already look like a setup for the let down coming next March? You did great Mr. ME employee, BUUUUT....
To my recollection, the bonus pool was always budgeted at 10%. There were so many years in a row that the financial performance was so strong 15 percent and higher bonuses became an expectation. I don’t recall a specific bonus percentage being associated with job titles anywhere, but perhaps this is now necessary given different bonus levels for different business units. I don’t know about the latter given I left just as USAA started rapidly going down the tubes… not that there wasn’t already a decade of steady service degradation caused by the outsourcing of the Crown Jewels.
Time to stalk up on KY.
Might be the Department that you are in, mine still reflects 15% and my Team also
