Most of Townes teams besides the centers aren’t even RTO three days. Look around some are still at 0.

I wish our Director would call mandatory in person meetings five days a week at 5:00 pm. If not co- located verification that your ID was scanned at the company facility before you come on line.

"Work from couch is over" - that is just ignorant.
Many colleagues have a dedicated a room of their house to their work, no charge to the company. I do too. I even lock the door at night when I finally log off because that is recommended.
I have better monitors (at my own expense) than the company provides. Better furniture too, which makes some of the long hours a lot more bearable.
I don't doubt some are abusing the privilege, but AT&T has gotten it's money's worth from me and everyone I work with.

Looks like we need to replace our entire Management Team that does not want to go back into the office. Downsizing seems to be an easy option now. They don’t want to work HERE anymore.

Collaboration over Webex and now Teams allows me to "collaborate" with the most qualified people across the country, sometimes at all hours.
Returning to the office does not make work more efficient. I enjoy socializing with other employees but they have their own specialized roles and teams and "collaborating" this way is highly inefficient.
Sharepoint, Teams, Yammer, email blasts, are far better at making relevant information searchable, findable, and available when we have the bandwidth for it.
We no longer have water coolers, much less coffee makers. Maybe we can collaborate from stall to stall in the restrooms.
Go to work. You're lucky to have a job. Some organizations just lost 80% of their existing talent. GO BACK TO WORK.
Same people that do not want to pay back their student loans starting up soon.
Why are managers so against going back to the office? That is where you earn your paycheck. Not at home and Costco, doing laundry, childcare, etc
