Thread regarding USAA layoffs

Proxy Voting - Only Veterans on the Board

As an USAA member for over 35 years, Just completed the proxy voting for whatever it is worth. Only veterans got my vote for the board. Others seem to be causing USAA to go downhill. Several questions regarding the change to the by-laws. It seams that the eligibility list is incomplete. With exception of widows, does the change also include relatives of active service members and veterans who can careless about the military? For the employees impacted with fear by threatening layoffs and job description changes, are you regarded as "regular"? Shouldn't USAA be eliminating the non-regular employees first to reduce headcount? The non-veteran CEO needs to go if this is not the case.

If you don’t have a subscriber account you are a “customer”, not a member. So, most members are officers or former officers with a few spouses and former employees. NCOs, enlisted, and the rest are not “members” and have no vote.
