Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Don’t accept a low (or even no) pay increase

Have some self-respect and walk away.

DXC isn't here to deliver, it's just out for the money it can bill clients for paperwork and waiting around. I took a holiday, did some other things, and still the project I'm on hasn't progressed. It's been one reason we can't after another. Mostly caused by project managers and clients trying to micromanage things they don't understand, while simultaneously penny pinching what does need time and resources allocating to it. Oh well let another couple of weeks drift by and before you know it the summer will be over and the status won't have changed.

I finally was brave enough to walk away and so glad I did. The project I was on hasn’t made any progress since I left either.

Even when the guy leading the team of consultants said it would be ready for production in January. What a pu-s
