IT executives continue driving IT personnel to the ground. Hostile environment and culture of extreme fear. Exodus of key personnel is ongoing.

Tough to hate on people that are getting paid tons to be mediocre at best, hate the game
They are masters at what they learned in the 1990’s from the cult they followed. These are the tactics of their Illuminati.
"Officers"-what an awful role description. It denotes a command/control culture which unfortunately reflects the leadership style in vogue. And ironically, there is no office.
List of those that are financially independent (> $10 m in liquid assets) is much larger than 10 leaders. Majority of Offficers with any tenure easily have accumulated that significant wealth.
To be clear, many senior leaders recognize the failures in our TG aspirations. But, they have the same challenges as frontline employees. They need their jobs to provide income and benefits for their families. The top 10 executives could be classified as financially independent with more optionality, though with the stock at a 52 week low recently ($101), even that viewpoint is debatable. People are rational and will protect themselves first at the expense of others. Don't expect leaders to act differently than their workers in protecting self-interest. Of course, it doesn't mean they should operate unprofessionally.
Not leaving without my severance 😆
They want you to feel beaten defeated, scared, and hopeless. The more that walk the less they have to worry about transforming. A sick disgusting way of doing business but most off the senior leaders and officers are pretty sick in the head and the rest are too scared and cowardly to lose their over inflated pay checks to intervene and do the right thing. They all know Transformative Growth is a messed up process and a failure but greed and ego keeps this failed process going.
