I've lost all trust in this organization. Anytime something happens (market drop, pandemic, etcetera) their first course of action is massive layoffs. I've seen too many good people have their lives and careers derailed whenever there is any market downturn. Senior leadership has no skills or creativity - just knee jerk reactions to every market blip. This place SU-KS!

Leave while you can .. unless of course if you earned enough credits for a severance package.
Do you think because there is a lack of strategy or planning and only putting out fires?
The employees are just cattle. Leadership is weak. Just look for another job and forget about this place. It's a scary place....
