The amount of people in key roles leaving on their own is comical.

Don't wait around for the year end bonus. This year you'll be lucky to get 10%, if that. Find a better job and make it up with a signing bonus and/or higher salary. If you wait until December you will be competing with a lot of other people doing exactly the same thing.
Money aside, leave this toxic wasteland as soon as you can. The stress relief alone is worth the few dollars you may leave behind.
I am just thankful for this bullsh-t happening because I finally started to really listen to the recruiters. I landed an equivalent of being between an ED/AVP level role where I was a Lead at USAA.
Just got an offer... Yay !!! - Fully remote :) NO RTO
Gonna miss my teammates.
Well... Bye bye Micromanagers
Wayne doesn’t want good, hard working people, he wants “YES people” and useful id--ts.
The best ones haven’t waited. I’ve watched so many walk out the door the past two months. All are happier with better pay and less stress. Hoping to join them soon…
Why wait? There are good jobs out there now and the pay raise I got offset having to wait around for a measly 15% bonus taxed at the higher rate.
I’m quitting tomorrow.
I think a good amount of people will leave beginning of the year, after the Christmas bonus. Then a larger group will definitely leave after the March bonus payout.
I’m sticking it out until years end, then will start applying elsewhere end of December and hopefully have a new job lined up by early to mid February.
Why waste another moment? Better job, better culture. Leave the toxicity behind.
USAA who??
Yep. I quit last week. Thank god
