During our Friday meeting the team was voicing their frustration due to the amount of complaining coming from the members, call volume, Etc. Also that we feel like we’re getting the short end of the stick because our numbers aren’t in line like they used to since everyone is cancelling insurance due to Usaa rates (can’t blame them) but somehow USAA is increasing monthly goals for NRAC… this is what he responds with….
“ thank you all for your voice… but just remember we’re not a call center, we just happened to be in a call center environment”
Everyone’s face’s in zoom was hysterical we all looked at him like you are the biggest id--t in the world… THANK GOD I QUIT YESTERDAY and I know two people on the team that put in there two weeks. This place has become such a burning ship…
