If the 60 per director and 15 per manager is true then it’s going to be a management bloodbath. You have VPs out there with less than 10 reports.

We're being asked for another 10%. The only caveat is that it's only for positions with duplicate coverage. It's going to be mostly manufacturing and management. Tbe model will be approximately 15 people per manager. 4 managers per director, etc.
